Terms applied
Check-in time from 3:00 pm
Check out time within 11:00 am

Pay at the hotel:
with the “pay directly at the hotel” option, if not contrary specified in the offer (eg prepaid non-refundable offers) your credit card will be not used for a charge but only as a guarantee of the reservation.

We use the highest security protocols in handling your credit card details when you make an online booking.

Confirmation of booking by e-mail:
You will receive an e-mail confirming your booking.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel the reservation, without penalties, up to 8 days before the date of arrival, using the link supplied in your reservation confirmation.
  • In the istance of cancellation or changes made within 7 days of arrival, or in the instance of no-show, we will carry out the charge for the entire stay.
  • This cancellation policy is not applied in case of non-cancellable, non-changeable and/or non-refundable offers, and these restrictive conditions are specified in the description of the room rate chosen.

Reservation modification:
If permitted by the room rate chosen, possibility to change, the reservation up to 8 days before the arrival date, using the link supplied in your reservation confirmation.

Children and extra beds

  • We welcome the children aged at least 13 years old.
  • Extra beds are only available upon request and upon written confirmation from the hotel.

Pets
Even we love them, they can not access to the property.
